Oilers have stayed strong as POO is currently up US$0.70 on the possibility of another hurricane which is developing off Florida. WPL and STO turned around on this news this morning. The market usually gets it right when it anticipates a big rise in POO. Also .. there seems general acceptance that OPEC's decision to "increase" output will have little effect as members are already producing above quota.
