SSN sold for just over $3000 acre in the hot "DJ Basin" mentioned today in report.
This $10,000 pie in sky stuff needs to be toned right down, one horizontal well in wildcat country.
They mentioned 4-5x purchase value last time ($200)
so $800-1000 3 months ago
If its gone to $1500-2000 on this well, then the well has more than paid for itself in land appreciation.
