stkilda, this whole saga is beyond a joke! its broken all records.. longest TO , most amount of delays, mngt going along even when there is no proof of finance.
it crazy stuff by all accounts. The media and the broader investment community are looking at this quasi TO as a complete joke and oddity.
time to bring back on course....your absolutely right "enough is enough".....
simple words for a simple problem....mngt need to start to assert authority in this deal.
ive said before....if they china really want SDL they will change their tune.
right now based on track record there is no urgency because they know sdl will bend over....
