Yes we all knew the report would not be pretty, however even now thst it hs been released it is still a shocker. If Shangdong did not come to the rescue FML would of gone into ADMIN.
Hope Shangdong take their 51% initiative and show FML how its done, they need to as 13 Million out of the 225 million was used already to get FML out of trouble.
You cannot produce Gold for more than its worth, may as well leave the low grade stuff in the ground until the Gold price takes off.
However in stating the above most Gold companies are struggling to produce for under $1200 an Ounce unless they are overseas, of which are risky.
But I think when Gold explodes over $2000 an Ounce according to Jim Sinclair, well $3500 an Ounce and he virtualy states and sticks his neck out to say it is a given in the near future whatever that may be. It will then give most Gold producing companies good profits again.
