    This announcement looks very good!!

    By my reckonings every shareholder of MDM should get at least 0.18 news shares in Belgravia Telecom Ltd for every share they own in MDM.

    Added to this is the fact that the funds being raised of GBP£3.5 (AUD $8.25) million will be used to
    fund the infrastructure expansion, sales and marketing and device purchases. The device purchases should lead to more sales to MDM and hopefully a continuing stream of revenue.
