they did save our bacon and they were not part of the SS&T shafting of PLV.. these are facts.

at the end of the day they didn't comply and given we are up and running (albeit just) PLV has taken a harder line with non-compliance.. ie. not accepted anymore.

could they be renegotiating for another piece? given their past history with not having deep pockets this seems unlikely. (i believe the $3million to keep us going at the time was cut away from Elly's personal account).

as for irvine there is a plan B if WEG walk altogether hoots, always has been.. but again they would be walking away from a pile of cash if they didnt do it..
