Markie, being a parochial Queenslander :) I am more concerned about you Vics than us.

I can tell you this: if I was working in the CBD, I'd rather have a home at Rochedale.. just 9klms away, than at Pt Cook...which is a cut lunch and two water bottles away from Melbourne CBD.

I believe Peregian is a little flat in line with the general trend on the Sunny Coast.

I do agree...something's in the air! But still a long way to bridge that NTA gap.
