Isn't that a reasonable thing to do though hoots if somebody consistently says "the dog ate my homework"? Maybe it was just a technicality, but can you imagine how the market would have reacted if PLV had to release another announcement saying, WEG couldn't manage to sort out all of their responsibilities in time again, so we've given them some more time. Again.

If PLV had made that announcement, I'm sure you would have been the first person to comment on such an announcement! Perhaps with a question mark :-)
