I had a read of the part about stills and it seems that it means that under 5 liters is OK. Trouble is, the law is so complicated that who really knows if it's legal or not, there could be another law hiding somewhere that overrules the 5 liter law. Who's to say then too, going by this bit of law that you can't have 10 x 5 liter stills going. If they wanted us to obey the law they would have made the law simpler rather than ridiculously complicated.
