Isn't this announcement similar to others in which it says, "Talks on going with relevant parties in relation to the sale of assetts or project development". It's a good thing to do but not an uncommon thing, it's been happening for a couple of years now and not one of these things has actually materialised. On a long enough timescale I'm sure these things will happen but it's not entirely productive to tell the market until something is really meated out.
