    My. Problem,

    I don't own a house. I live in a shed and rent a house on the side when it's too congested with my business.

    My land holdings are for my business. So my property is my business. But not like renting as such. Think truffles/ Marron and avocados.

    I don't think it will fall in value. It could though I Spose
