I think between yourself, Xerof and Amulet you've well stated the current situation. We know the $1M wasn't paid in August, but we know they have a legal eagle on board and that negotiations are ongoing. From a post by PP last November 25% of the ore in N5 is on the AVB tenement and is "unquestionably worth $40M'.
No one knows where negotiations are at, one possibility clearly is that N5 will be purchased. Every $10M of any settlement is worth 1cps plus the knowledge of funding and no CR. If the full $40M popped I think we'd jump to 14 or 15c overnight.
Currently individuals perspective on this possibility I think simply reflects their general attitude to the stock.
