Golden6, I too absolutely love figs and chase them when in season. I find them hard to find tho, and someone in a fruit & vegie shop told me they dont last long as they get too soft and attract little flies. I will keep a keen eye on this page for a location around Perth, and will be hot on your heels :) I have some lovely salad and seafood recipes with fresh figs, but rarely get to try them out.
