I like the acquisition. Price isn't good or bad, just neutral. But I love that they will own directional drilling assets, which positions them for shale drilling in future.
I called Wilson HTM regarding the share placement, and that is subscribed already.
It looks to me like some stakeholder is trying to hold the trading price high. To me it is crazy that a share placement at $1.05 is met by trades at $1.40. Looks like really stupid trading.
