Well mate what you say is great in theory but executing it is to me ,fraught with difficulty .If you manage to pull it off you're willing yourself to get it right every step of the way on stocks that you know nothing about .Personally I've never seen anyone make real money that way ,I've seen them have their good moments ,but never get enough of a foothold to get rich.
The only way to get rich is to accumulate stocks in a major way when they're cheap so that you've got plenty to dish out when they go up .And of course there are some of those that you're happy to hang on to. Too much trading generally means that you never really get to see the solid gains and you're only jumping on after the insiders are loaded up with the stock. You see it day after day in the specs ,everyone wondering what the next move will be ,hoping the drill results will be good .Most times when they're good they get sold in to anyway
This end of the market is a game where you need to find a way to get into stocks before everyone else thinks that they're the ants pants. If you do a bit of digging there are actually 2 or 3 people here on HC who sometimes get the right mail ,the rest of them are just playing guessing games from what I can see. It's 95% speculation and some of the posters are better at sounding authoratative in their speculation than others ,but none of them actually have much more idea than the dartboard.
The market is rigged I'm afraid my son ,accept that and you've got some chance
