I note that most on the site have their eyes fixed on the 22 Feb. Whilst there's a chance that will be the next date for progress (or extension, although I suspect that won't happen again), it is more than plausible that a settlement will be completed BEFORE that date.

The Feb 22 court session would merely confirm completion.

I, for one, am watching the trades very carefully to see any hint of finalisation. After all, I suspect that the basic deal is already done, and internal government approvals and sign-off are whats awaited.
