OK lets look at how the horses line up at the barrier.

Now these Resolutions are classed as Ordinary. Therefore as I read it they require only a simple majority to pass. That is 50%. Based on one share one vote at the poll.

So.. of the remaining 56% of votes available, Noble Boys need only 6% of those to open the champagne.... At their own expense I trust and not SXX's expense account.

Last time 66% of votes were firmly FOB. Now that cannot happen. Max is 56%.

32% votes were for Noble Boys last time. Now they have at least 44%.

So it could be a close run thing. Not like last time.

If 10% of the last FOB votes defect, then it is game over.

Noble boys should buy up just a few more, another 2 - 4 million as cheap insurance should do the trick. Even a mere 6 million and it would be a certain game over. Do not sell your shares cheap on-market now guys.

So how many SXX shareholders are Swingers.... you know what I mean. Not one-eyed Collingwood supporters..... but fickle people instead.

This will be a close contest and actually it is not impossible for a leadership spill. Kevin where are you?
