    PEN maiden JORC for Karoo a bit of a yawn at this stage
    Market a bit cautious on PEN lately.
    Doesn't seem to fly like it used to.
    Need higher U prices to get the sector running again.
    May see the opening gap closed pretty quickly and maybe back into 3.7! IMHO!
