All I can say don Carlo a good argument to support your short positions... DYOR you will find anything to support what you want. However why would so many governments now be expressing clear intent to secure rare earth supplies from u.s China Japan, Europe, south America, Canada.
What so you're saying that the governments have it wrong, they are investing long term unwisely.
Sorry buddy but the evidence points the other way, again believe what you want and I choose the other way that's why I'm in long and i'm sure many others feel the same so won't be selling to prop up your shorts, just be sure to put a belt on cause they will soon fall down
