Not a bad question MacFaulty, made me ask a question to myself, why waste money on the cost of lawyers and printing on the bloody SOA, Hanlong and the board have never adhered to anything, the SoA has just been a costly waste of shareholder funds.
What a balls up this TO has become. It really tells me no one else is interested in acquiring SDL. The testicles of Sundance are firmly in the grip of Lui Han hands!
