Great to have you on the thread and we are getting some great posts IMO.
I commented before about wines (red) that have on the label "Added 220". I have been told this is to give the wine a boost??? I find it give me a headache albeit that the one piece of advice I got from an old wine buff at Tyrrells: was that for every glass of red you have a glass of water. Works well for me.
