Honestly, I don't care whether your following the techs or the FA this stock is as weak as a day old baby and the sector is effectively stillborn.
Lynas is susceptible to any number of operational, political and maybe even terrorist (lol) issues let alone lack of surety in product sales. Pretty much every other RE stock hangs by a thread, little more than the residual hype expressed ad nauseam here, basically punters refusing to acknowledge reality.
Clearly, in a matter of days NC's gone from S2 steady state June Q to full production "latter half of the year". RE industry is trashed, a turkey spit roasted by price driven demand destruction.
I've just moved back another 6 months, this is more and more looking like a late cycle play 18 months hence and I'm only going to think about adding around 40c now.
I remain confident Lynas will have it's day and the LT returns will be good but the opportunity costs are now looking horrendous.
