    This is getting sillier by the minute. Of course it is easy to call an EGM but entireley another matter to have worthwhile resolutions and / or replacement directors. You can't just call an EGM to get answers! I for one would want to know what you are proposing before I would like SDl funds spent on some sort of witch hunt. If you have some competent alternate directors please advise so we can all see and understand who would be the new messiah running the company after this proposed EGM.
