    I think a few here would like to know the delay is just a nuts a bolts issue - He could easily say its just a lawyer thing and I think shareholders will be very happy with the outcome.

    Tony has done it a few times in the past - Showmans absence and the lack of detail in the announcements is adding weight to it being a negative announcement ( IMO )
