Thanks for your input though, it is most insightful. I am a happy chappy - especially in light of my GFC experiences. I like this company and the integrity of the people running it - very much so. I will remain a supporter but to be honest, I can't recommend people buy in right now.
We should not forget, either, they are cum-distribution of MFF/MFFO shares too, so we may see some sort of sell off once they go ex. Personally, its the fundamentals that have swayed me - not any concerns about the business itself.
