justis, the mamre brook seems nice..I wouldnt wait too long.. some of those wines can be past peak... I still have some 1993 rouge homme... and its still smooth..only a few left..
Also drinking 2004 penfolds 389.
One of my favoritess that i dont go wrong on is Balnaves the blend.. under $20 and always pleasant to drink.. A surprise was some Barwang 2005 cab sav.. and 2010 is under $13..
Soo many wines to try in Oz...then so many years.. a mate works for aust vintage (mcguigan etc) and i get some quaffers from him at atimes..their pewter range is good..also nepenthe white won some shows recently..
One last one is the Paracombe wines in Adelade hills, an up and coming winery winning awards..
oo oo oohh 1 more for a more boutique wine.. look up diggers bluff in the Barossa...
