re: sensational..... Yes thats true, I just wish they decided on some sort of alliance instead of the takeover.

These guys have been on a buying spree for a while now. They have their hands in a large range of the US market, from the transport type monitoring to police cars etc.

It would prove to be a very good entry into the US for innovonics if they did create a merged entity, and a much better return to shareholders than 82c IMO.

I am going to hold out right until the end and take the 82c when/if they get the 90% required.

The more I think about it, the more I believe DOW will join the other large holders and sell.

Pity, another aussie tech company gets swallowed up by the yanks.
