    very bullish action here on RAI

    Broke 3c easily this AM

    ran hard to 3.8c, then tested support of 3c and is being heavily soaked

    sellers under 3.3c now exhausted

    I am expecting a run to mid 4's once 3.3c goes which looks imminent

    medium term 7c target to fill that gap
