0.7c cap raise- vote yes or no?

How do my fellow shareholders intend to vote on the 327 mill share placement to Azarga Resources at 0.7c to raise $2.3 mill?

It is to be put to a vote at a shareholder meeting on Monday February 25th.

At over 2c this looked to be a little low but now at 1.4c it is looking more reasonable.

When it was announced on January 9th this is when the share price began its recent big rally.

The rights issue of 460 mill shares at 0.5c on December 20 2012 also raised about $2.3 mill

Total shares on both these 2 deals has gone from 800 mill to 1.6 bill assuming the placement goes ahead.

With $1.9 mill cash in bank post rights issue and spend of $1.3 mill a quarter we certainly need the extra $2.3 mill from Azarga.

IMO there is no other choice so hope the placement is accepted.

If the vote is yes what is the SP worth with now double the shares on offer and 2 placements at under half current values?

If the vote is no the SP will be a lot less IMO.
