Hi Samson2158.
Sundance have been in talks with Core Mining since around the start of 2010.
Don Lewis announced or at least told me that SDL were waiting for Core Mining to come up with their first JORC Resource figures before they got back to discussing details about future joint Funding and joint Infrastructure sharing agreements.
We have heard from SDL since that time about MOU's with Core Mining,Glencore And Severstal about sharing of infrastructure, sharing of infrastructure costs, and also joint agreements in other projects.
In my opinion only,I can't see Core Mining,Glencore and Severstal letting the Chinese control the Rail,Port and possibly their projects in the future.
I have also been told by others in the Industry in Africa of their thoughts that Core Mining/Glencore/Xstrata is high on their thoughts for some form of Joint Venture or Take over with Sundance Resources.
Regards
Westcott.
