Although only raising 400K in the short term longer term when the options are execised they raise 8 million. The company did this to look after existing shareholders. They stated in the orginal prospectus that they would issue a loyalty option with strike at $0.20 and thats what they have doneeven though the float was more sucessful than anticpated. They may have been able to get a higher price but they have stuck to their word.

Anyone who has taken a position in the company since floating was aware of the option(and subsequent)dilution and nothings change with the companys story so I see this as a huge opportunity. Its a very cheap way to take a position in BOA for 12 months.
