I wouldn't worry about water if they are that close to the ocean. An R.O. plant is a lot cheaper than a desal plant. The mine will use more salt water than fresh like the other %100 of mines operating in Australia. Roads can easily be moved to get from A to B. Don't forget about the major population up the road with approx. 120000 people and the commercial port beside it. Also over %90 of Australian mines have no major rail,roads or water but they manage. Something to think about.
