I'm with seanbucs here,

Not necessarily because he partially shares half his nik with myself but because I think Mike Haynes is a about to seal a good deal for all BLR holders.

Why?

Yes Azarga want an interest in the 2nd largest mineable uranium project in the USA (Hansen/Taylor 90 million pounds),........
they want they're hands on Ablation technolgy even more.

Therefore BLR not only recieves $2.3 million to further develop this technology,we could end up with our first contract to utilise this technology in developing the largest uranium project in Krygystan,

as always just my opinion
