high impact appraisal&production opportunities

Could this has been the cause of the run to 4c ? Somebody getting set as news is due soon on the high impact appraisal and production opportunities as mentioned in the AGM presentation under 'near term activity-new ventures'.

"High impact appraisal and production opportunities have already been identified in Romania and in the Caspian region"

Also this from page 8 of the annual report;

"New Ventures
ADX is routinely screening exploration, appraisal and
development opportunities in the areas of interest. Of special importance and interest is our new focus on the Caspian Basin where we believe a particularly valuable oil field redevelopment opportunity could become available for our company".

And ADX still only capped at $10m. DYOR !!
