the NBN is such a poorly executed, amateurish roll out
they have condemned numerous regions into decades of uncertainty.
its a lottery now whether you will ever see higher broadband in your own working lifetime
they should never have gotten involved in wiring the last mile, its extremely wasteful and time consuming running fibre to houses that will never use it
they should simply have focussed on the backbone and ops center. So if you want high speed broadband , well right now the backbone should be in place and you should be calling up your ISP for a connection
instead you hope and pray - some for another 15 years, that your house will be on the ration list
