Increase in expenditure outflows will occur once green light by EPA is given. You know the timeline for this. Right now prudent cash mgmt is needed, this they are doing. Why waste money now when bang for our mbucks is best offered at that point in time going forward. Further modest exploration is ongoing but I have a feeling they already have discovered sufficient quantities for the project and further ramp up to occur at a later stage when as required.
