Capital Raising but by SPP or sophisto placement?
Last time was SPP at 17% discount to 5 day VWAP.
Anyone know the 5dayVWAP?
using the 5day Simple Moving Average it's .064cents so 17% discount is .053 .
Good [enough] for a SPP available to all shareholders. Poor for a Sophisto Placement.
have to see how management swings.
