With due respect, no, SGH is not IMF's main competitor in lit. funding.
A law firm is prohibited by legislation to enter into fee agreements whereby remuneration is determined as a percentage of proceeds. They can do contingency fees and uplifts up to 20%, but basically still stuck with hourly billing.
