Whose historical ranking? I agree with Billy's ranking. I was never a lover of Keating as a person, but no one can doubt that he did institute some well overdue reforms eg the floating of the Aussie dollar. To place Witless Whitlam ahead of Keating is just a travesty.
And Fraser would be one of the biggest flop as an Australian PM of all time (just ahead of Billy).He promised everything, attained the highest post in the land by dubious means, achieved nothing worthwile whilst in office,and left office with a legacy of debt.
