Hi Manila,
For my own knowledge is your statement "agreed to, like all banks supporting documentation" something GUN has announced anywhere.
Im new to this stock does GUN need to secure its 60% share of funding committed before Posco pays the 1st $7m.
Unless GUN have that funding we are prob 3-4 months away when I compare to a peer company MZI which announced bank mandates in Dec and credit due by March.
Are GUN at that point? if not this raising may be a lot more than $2m.
