I certainly liked the words "modest cash payment"
MEL like Dart are currently being sidetracked with anti csg sentiment in NSW but I am sure if given the opportunity MEL would have loved to pay a "modest cash payment" for a substantial highly prospective license on land which sits nicely alongside their operations.
Once NSW CSG gets back on track this will prove to be a fantastic acquisition at a "mates rates" price from their old Arrow buddy's! Whilst not reflected in SP now make no mistake it is more very good news.
