Not easy at all to carry out the threat. In Malaysia labour is cheap. The LAMP would be watched by "jagas" the malay word for guards 24 hours a day, and its very common for jagas to carry shotguns. ( legally licensed of course, for if not it means the gallows - for unlicensed arm bearing).
And other staff will be there 24/7 anyway monitoring the equip.
