RC is committed to using other people Money and resources, i wonder if he has not been holding back on entering a JV with surprise until he had a lot more data so that he could get a much better entry price from a JV partner. CTP going surprise alone means several years or doing it on a shoestring, I doubt that RC and loyal investors want to wait lots more years for this puppy to run, especially when we have so many other millions of acres of potential. Data from Surprise will provide a lot more tangible evidence of the potential size of the field if it is connected to mereenie source kitchen as has been indicated then this would be big and would be of significant interest probably most of all to Santos. I would suspect they would be willing to cut a much better deal then.
