T4P You misread me. I am assuming she knows as much as the rest, not more. But hers were the only actions I could think to ponder as to their implications. But you make another very good point indeed yourself: yes, the fact that the MD refused to take her money at that price does speak volumes, and he IS a geologist. Watching the feet (his), it is a very good sign indeed. If he had been any less confident he would have taken her money at once.

(Of course, geologists too can be ridiculously over-optimistic, egocentric and stupid, particularly when they are too close to it to be objective. Believe me, I am one!)
