Not surprised it is a related party.
Best to get the deal done with those you know sometimes.
Certainly will be watchful that the attempt is to mine a copper project eventually and not mine the market.
I seem to be one of only a few buyers since the news so if it has caught the attention of the broader market most would be on the sidelines watching for how it settles.
No effort to pump it at all though and I imagine if they hit anything decent in an initial campaign that there could be a pump before further capital raising.
Remember that the vendors are stuck with shares here too.
Gives me more confidence than if it was a deal where OKL where forking over cash to the vendors; that would not inspire confidence and would make me consider that they were in for a quick buck only.
