    Gidday msa,

Private Equity gauges the value differently. You're no longer focused on a preceived market value per se.

We by habit focus on the price of the stock for anyone going long, obviously that's critical since we want to sell our stock at a higher price than what we brought them for (well duh!). That's how we think when we trade on the market.

With going private, you are a TRUE owner of the company and your focus shifts from what the share price would be on the market, to what profits the company can generate. That's why I like the idea of going private so much. BCI is such a great cash cow, we can be rewarded on that fact. Rather than what we have to deal with at the moment, which is trying to make money from a SP going up (if you're going long).

And sure, the SP has done well over the last couple of months. But prior to that, the SP went sideways for two years -- even though BCI could potentially return $1 a share per year.

Prior to Dec 2012, it was only the 15 cent dividend that was giving us a return on our investment.

Going private would see ALL profits returned to you since as mentioned you are a true company owner.

Just think of it as as having inherently the same pros and cons as if you were running a business for your family. All profits go back to your family.
