Gocu, as per my previous post, the sect. 49 approval which is what they have been waiting for since Nov. will be the green light which will allow stockpiling at the port. The plans for the harbour extensions, (loading dock, turn around basin etc etc) can then be submitted for approval and once approved construction commences. Building approval estimated to take 3 months and construction time 4-5 months, during which time ore will begin to be stockpiled. According to Mencel, the section 49 decision is imminent as it is overdue but Christmas New Year occurred during processing time.
