I found the other comments from Dana...it was in their last Annual Report, under Review of Operations: International: Southern Mauritania and Senegal..on page 5. Here's the website:

It specifically says that because of the potential of both Faucon and Petrel they chose to increase their equity in Block 1 by 12% to 60%, and that they did 3D seismic which showed up the potential of these two prospects, and beacuse of their materiality they did the CSEMI over these two main prospects.
