Very interesting.
Would have thought that having announced details of a potential major discovery and with assay results pending, combined with other potential info about the discovery not yet disclosed for various reasons, there might have been a company imposed share trading "blackout period" in place for the directors and senior management - ie, unable to buy/sell shares.
She was still a director when the shares were sold, hence the 3Y then the 3Z on resignation.
