These "women" do nothing for the cause of them on boards. She obviously wasnt interested in the companies future but her own personal gain, then again she is/was a lawyer and I have never found one who was interested in their clients future.My father was a supreme court judge and often told me of these actions by lawyers. My opinion they are scum.
